WATS reaches 5.000 downloads

WATS, the ticket system plugin I have developed on top of Wordpress, has just reached 5.000 downloads since the first release on mid june 09. I am very proud about this success. While it is hard to track down, my estimation is that it is currently installed on more than 100 blogs.

In 6 months, I have delivered more than 30 new releases with new features and bug fixes. I think the system has now reached a very good level of stability and provides a lot of key features you could expect from a ticket system. There are a lot of options which allow a deep customization.

If you like WATS, you can rate it on WP plugin repository, write a review on your blog, leave a comment on my blog or even make a donation. I have already spent more than 200 hours on this system to develop it and provide support. I am always happy to see that people acknowledge and recognize the work performed on this plugin so if you enjoy it, you are more than welcome to let me know
